Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30am – 3:00pm

A leading logistics company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at its Fremantle site. This is a key leadership role focused on people, performance, and safe execution within a fast-paced logistics environment.

About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse operations while building a strong, engaged, and accountable team. You’ll set the tone on the floor, ensure standards are met, and drive continuous improvement across safety, productivity, and service.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure WHS compliance at all times
• Plan labour, workload, and resources to meet operational demands
• Monitor performance, address issues early, and manage team behaviours
• Identify and implement process improvements to lift efficiency and accuracy
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
• Be the visible leader on shift and point of escalation for operations

About You

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader within logistics, transport, or 3PL
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage and influence teams
• Comfortable managing performance and having difficult conversations when required
• Sound understanding of warehouse systems and processes
• Safety-driven with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
• Clear communicator with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
