New opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to join a tier 1 national contractor delivering a landmark $100m+ high-rise mixed-use development in the Perth CBD.
This is a flagship project combining high rise residential, retail and commercial components, offering a strong pipeline of future high-rise work and genuine long-term career progression.
The Project
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the project delivery from early-stage construction through to completion, working closely with senior leadership and site teams to drive program, cost, quality and subcontractor performance.

The Project

- Strong commercial and design interface required
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the project delivery from early-stage construction through to completion, working closely with senior leadership and site teams to drive program, cost, quality and subcontractor performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full project delivery responsibility across construction phases
- Program management and procurement planning
- Subcontractor engagement, performance and commercial oversight
- Client and consultant relationship management
- Reporting on cost, progress, EOTs, risk and forecasting
- Managing design coordination and resolving technical issues
- Leading project team culture, safety and performance outcomes
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Proven experience delivering high-rise or large-scale commercial / mixed-use projects
- Background working with a recognised Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 contractor
- Strong understanding of contract administration and head contract management
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent planning, communication and commercial acumen
- Relevant construction qualification (Construction Management / Engineering)
