The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will manage the financial and contractual heart of the build. Your focus will be on maintaining commercial integrity while fostering strong subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement: End-to-end management of trade packages, from scope drafting to tender evaluation and award.
  • Claims Management: Processing progress claims, variations, and EOTs with precision.
  • Cost Control: Assisting with monthly reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all subcontractors meet insurance, safety, and quality requirements.
About You
You are a detail-oriented professional who understands that a successful project is built on both solid numbers and solid relationships.
  • Experience: 4+ years of CA experience within the Australian commercial or residential construction sector.
  • Education: A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Skills: High proficiency in Jobpac, Procore, or similar construction software.
  • Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of the QLD security of payment legislation and local subbie markets.
