Warehouse Supervisor – Afternoon Shift

Join a well-established food manufacturing and distribution business with a strong reputation for quality and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift team and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and supporting efficient stock movement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support warehouse personnel to meet daily operational goals
• Oversee stock control, truck loading, and general warehouse duties
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Operate forklifts as required (LF Licence preferred)
• Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced warehousing or FMCG environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage workflow, solve issues, and build positive team relationships
• Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends
• Forklift Licence and warehousing/logistics certification highly regarded
