Supervisor - Civil & Mining Projects (FIFO 2:1)

$190K + Super | Road Construction, Tailings Dams, and Civil Works | Mining & Resources Sector
 
Join a well-established WA-based civil indigenous contractor delivering quality projects across the mining and resources sector. With a strong pipeline of work throughout regional Western Australia, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure projects valued between $5-10 million.
 
The Role
 
You'll be responsible for supervising project crews on a range of civil and mining infrastructure works, including road construction, rehabilitation, tailings dams, and associated civil works. This position is offered on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
• Coordinate and lead project teams, subcontractors, and plant operations
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and support project delivery to budget and schedule
• Maintain compliance with site safety procedures and company standards
• Liaise with project engineers and management to ensure smooth execution

About You

• Proven experience supervising civil works within the mining or resources sector
• Background in roadworks, earthworks, or tailings dam construction
• S26 accreditation (essential)
• BHP site inductions (highly desirable)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
