We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and identify new opportunities in the Western Australian market. This role is critical in expanding our presence across diverse sectors within the transport and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal negotiation and closure.
- Research market trends and uncover growth opportunities in high-potential sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally in the WA market.
- Previous experience in transport/logistics is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in outside sales with consistent achievement of targets.
- Confidence using business and marketing platforms, including LinkedIn.
