The Company:
This tier 1 civil contractor has a requirement for a Training Coordinator to start immediately. The role will be based on their Claremont Meadows site and will require the successful candidate to be onsite 5 days a week.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assistance with running Project inductions up to 3 times per week. Up to 50 people in each induction.
• Schedule, co-ordinate and book construction focused training courses as well as business and leadership courses
• Help manage incoming and outgoing correspondence of the training shared email inbox
• Enter qualifications, licences, current tickets and certifications in a timely manner into training systems
• Provide accurate information for weekly reports
• Populating and maintaining training log and associated documentation
• Assist the Training Team with the implementation of Training initiatives as required

To be successful you must possess the following: 

• Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL.   
• Previous experience in blue-collar industries, safety or compliance roles or any RTO experience you will have some transferrable skills that would welcomed
• Strong communication skills
