We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of professional expertise to join a well-established consultancy in Perth. This role will focus on delivering Greenfield projects including schools, community precincts, car parks, and other land development initiatives.
 
As a senior team member, you will lead and manage project delivery, provide technical expertise, and guide junior engineers, while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the business.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, and delivery of civil engineering projects across schools, precincts, and car parks.
• Manage Greenfield site development, including bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utilities coordination.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, architects, and other consultants to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Oversee preparation of reports, drawings, and specifications to meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to business development through strong client engagement and delivery excellence.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered or working towards Chartered status highly regarded.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in civil engineering, ideally with exposure to Greenfield development projects.
• Strong technical background in bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver projects independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
