Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to provide specialist engineering expertise and technical support across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will focus on advanced rail fastening systems and anti-vibration technology, supporting railway authorities, consultants, and contractors on major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical product support in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Deliver technical presentations, reports, and training to clients and industry groups.
  • Provide specialist advice on acoustic and vibration solutions for railway track systems.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and research teams to ensure product compliance and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across key markets including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and product innovations to maintain a strong technical presence in the sector.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (post-graduate qualifications highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of railway track design and metro rail systems.
  • Proven experience with vibration and noise attenuation systems.
  • Established network and experience within the Southeast Asian rail industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • High level of computer literacy and technical report writing ability.
