Job description

Tender / Bid Admin – Fit Out Industry  
 
The Company –
 
  • Commercial interior fit out contractor
  • Collaborative and ‘team’ environment in the office
  • x2 office dogs – must be dog friendly
  • Based in Pyrmont
 
The role will involve –
 
  • Be the main point of contact within the business
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams for tenders
  • Be familiar with government panels and portals to access information
  • Nurture new clients
  • Manage incoming enquiries
  • Distribute documents to team
  • Prepare and manage bid process
  • Familiar with expressions of interests
  • Manage and update library of statements and CVs
  • Organise and coordinate
  • Ad hoc admin tasks
