- Commercial interior fit out contractor
- Collaborative and ‘team’ environment in the office
- x2 office dogs – must be dog friendly
- Based in Pyrmont
The role will involve –
- Be the main point of contact within the business
- Liaise with clients and internal teams for tenders
- Be familiar with government panels and portals to access information
- Nurture new clients
- Manage incoming enquiries
- Distribute documents to team
- Prepare and manage bid process
- Familiar with expressions of interests
- Manage and update library of statements and CVs
- Organise and coordinate
- Ad hoc admin tasks
It will suit you if –
- You have a proactive nature
- Methodological thought process
- Are a team player
- Experience with indesign would be advantageous
- Are interested in progressing your career
