Your day-to-day:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-end commercial fitout/refurbishment projects across educational and commercial sectors
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage documentation, procurement, and project reporting
  • Identify and resolve technical or site-based issues
  • You will work as part of a team reporting into a Project Manager however in line with career development be given smaller projects to run as a Junior Project Manager
What you’ll bring:
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering
  • 3–5 years’ experience with a commercial builder working on projects valued from $5M - $30M
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
