- You will be joining a prominent NSW builder with over 30 years' experience delivering high-quality commercial, health, hospitality, and education projects.
- Known for its collaborative approach and technical expertise, they specialises in new builds, fitouts, refurbishments, and heritage works valued up to $20M.

- You will work under a senior leadership team have been with the company many years and provide a solid foundation for employees career development and progression.
- You will be joining a close-knit team of professionals that are headed up by a Construction Manager that has been with the business for over 10 years.
- The company has a flat structure, the management have an open-door policy and the staff turnover is low.

- Reporting into the Construction Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of approx. $10M worth of work p/a.
- Using your strong stakeholder and project management skills you will lead and coordinate all participants on the project, ensuring expectations are understood and agreed, program design, developed and closely monitored, key milestones met and delivered and performance/ financial targets achieved.
- Concurrently you will run 1-2 projects in construction and one at tender stages.
- Will suit someone that has just stepped up and is operating at a intermediate level.
Qualifications / Experience
- Construction Management or relevant construction related degree
- Experience working in the upper tier 3 or tier 2 market
- Exposure to working on projects at preconstruction phase, including writing methodology for tenders
- Strong programming and financial management skills
- Experience working across D & C projects
- Knowledge of Hospitality and huge advantage
- Have local experience and sub-contractor relationships
