Award winning studio will be seeking a design lead to deliver a high profile project on the success award of a project, where they will be responsible for the technical outcome of the project in the public realm. You will be currently with a top tier practice looking to be aligned with landscape changing project. 

Skills and Experience 

• Architectural Registration.
• High level of technical acumen, rail experience essential.
• Previous management a design sub consultant team.
• The ability to give advice on change, delays and variations.
• High level of standards so drawings, detailing and constructability meets compliance.
• Experience of material selection to meet standard requirement and legislation.
