We're seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee day and night shift work for the next 6 months. 

Role: Civil Supervisor (Traffic Management)
Location: Sydney, Australia
Duration: 6-Month Contract 
Shifts: Day and Night

Overview

• Lead and supervise traffic control and management activities on a major road infrastructure upgrade project.
• Manage the performance and coordination of the traffic subcontractor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and compliance of all traffic management activities.
• Implement and maintain traffic control plans in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitor day and night shift operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain smooth traffic flow.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to uphold safety standards.
• Provide guidance and leadership to a team of traffic control personnel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil supervision and traffic management.
• Current Traffic Control License and White Card.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
