A highly regarded national commercial builder is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the team delivering a major $150M+ new build project in the CBD. This is a flagship development with a high-profile client and an experienced delivery team already in place.
This opportunity would suit a hands-on Senior Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven background delivering large-scale commercial construction projects from groundworks through to completion.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the site delivery and lead the on-site team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

The Role - Senior Site Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations on a major $150M+ new build development
- Coordinating subcontractors, site teams and logistics on a complex CBD project
- Driving the construction programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Maintaining strict health & safety and compliance standards
- Working closely with the Project Manager, Services Manager and commercial team
- Leading and mentoring Site Managers, Foremen and Leading Hands
- Managing buildability, sequencing and problem solving on site
- Ensuring quality control and client expectations are consistently met
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager on large-scale commercial projects ($80M+)
- Background working for tier 1 or tier 2 commercial builders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive subcontractor performance
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, structure and services coordination
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction
- A strong track record delivering projects safely and on programme
- Work on a landmark $150M+ CBD development
