The Role
Reporting to an experienced Construction Manager with a strong mid-tier background, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.
  
You will play a key role in delivering both new build and major refurbishment projects valued from $5M – $30M, managing all aspects of project delivery while leading high-performing teams and building strong client relationships.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from EOI and tender through to construction and completion
• Leading and mentoring project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Developing and managing project programs, budgets and delivery strategies
• Driving commercial performance while maintaining quality, safety and client satisfaction
• Managing typically 1-2 live projects while contributing to the delivery of a project in the tender phase

About You

• Proven experience delivering commercial new build and major refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop project teams
• Sound commercial and financial management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes

Salary & Benefits
An attractive salary package will be negotiated based on experience and current market conditions, with an expected package in the vicinity of $220K-$250K, including the option of a fully maintained company UTE.
