CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long standing client Nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom in QLD and deliver major projects across a number of sectors including Roads, Rail, Defence and Resources. 

They are currently involved in the delivery of one of Brisbane's most iconic infrastructure projects of the last 20 years and have immediate contract requirement for a Supervisor to assist in the deliver of the Services package of  a brownfield construction project. 

- Managing multiple Subcontractors to ensure work is completed in accordance with the current scope of work and as per the contract.

- Ensuring Subcontractors adhere to and understand Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan to complete Work Packs, SWMS, Pre-starts and Task cards in accordance with the management plans.

-  Inspecting Electrical & Mechanical Construction and Installation works in Compliance with design and projects Specifications

- Provide support to Engineering and Design team with field changes and future installations

- Provide progress reports on subcontractors and plan future works to ensure scopes are completed in-line with the current target program

The role is an immediate requirement up until Xmas but based on performance will transfer across to a full time position on the project. Interviewed are taking place next week so applicants so be able to start within 2 weeks.

- Minimum 10 years Construction experience

- Strong level of experience managing multiple subcontractors

- Preferable have a trade background   

- Must posses experience deliverance M&E Construction projects 

- Preferable from a Tier 1 background 

- High attention to detail around site safety and quality
