My client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join their team on the CUG Project on Barrow Island. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, with a strong focus on concrete works, finishing/detailed earthworks, and maintaining compliance within a permit-heavy environment.

You will work closely with Project Engineers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and compliance on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts.
• Manage and monitor concrete pours, formwork, reinforcement, and detailed earthworks.
• Lead daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensure full compliance with permit-to-work systems.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
• Liaise with engineers, planners, and HSE personnel to deliver works to specification and schedule.
• Ensure documentation, inspections, and permits are completed accurately and on time.
• Drive a strong safety and productivity culture among all site personnel.

About You

• Proven experience as a Supervisor on major civil or construction projects — ideally in remote or resource-sector environments.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of concrete works and finishing/detailed earthworks.
• Strong understanding of permit-to-work systems, isolation procedures, and SIMOPS environments.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Current construction white card and relevant tickets (e.g., confined space, working at heights, etc.).
• Barrow Island experience or Chevron site induction (WHSIM) highly regarded.
