The Company
This well-established tier 2 civil contractor, known for delivering high-quality subdivision and land development projects across South Australia, is seeking an experienced Foreman to join their Adelaide team. The Role
You'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, working closely with the Project Engineer and Site Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of subdivision works. You'll lead site crews and subcontractors to achieve program targets while maintaining strong client relationships and upholding company standards.

- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental requirements
- Manage daily site operations, progress reporting, and productivity
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery
- Conduct toolbox meetings, pre-starts, and safety inspections
- Support junior team members and foster a strong site culture
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience delivering subdivision, bulk earthworks, and roadworks projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction sequencing and program delivery
- Hands-on leadership approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project timelines
- Solid WHS awareness and a proactive approach to safety and compliance
