Job Opportunity: Surfacing Supervisor
Our client is a privately owned and rapidly growing surfacing contractor based in Perth, WA. They specialise in the delivery of road and runway surfacing projects across the metropolitan area and regional Western Australia, with services including profiling, asphalting, spray sealing and paving.
To support their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to join their high-performing team.
The Role
As the Surfacing Supervisor, you will take a hands-on leadership role in managing crews and the day-to-day delivery of surfacing projects. This includes ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with site teams, clients, and project managers across a range of civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate surfacing crews and subcontractors
- Plan and manage day-to-day activities including asphalt, sealing, profiling and paving works
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental requirements
- Maintain quality control and complete project documentation
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to site personnel
- Previous experience supervising surfacing or civil crews, ideally in road or airport environments
- Strong working knowledge of asphalt, spray seal, profiling and paving operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Current driver’s licence (MR/HR highly regarded)
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Attractive salary of $120,000 – $140,000 + Super
