My client is looking for experienced Supervisors to work across various projects throughout the Perth Metro region. Capable of delivering small to large-sized infrastructure projects, specialising in MRWA project work and airport runways.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for pavement construction, asphalting, and spray sealing works.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and equipment effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and engineers to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Monitor material usage and manage ordering and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and progress reports.

Skills and experience 

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the civil construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of asphalting, spray sealing, and pavement construction techniques.
• Experienced working to MRWA specs and guidelines. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Traffic Management, First Aid, etc.) highly regarded.
