Job description
We are recruiting an Earthworks Supervisor on a casual basis working on FMG Iron Bridge. The project involves construction/raising of Tailings Dam walls.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, managing a team of up to 60 and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

- $95 - $100 Per Hour + Super (Paid Weekly)

The Role
- Focusing on overall project objectives and communicating them to team members in accordance with Project Management Plans
- Effective leadership of the construction team
- Achieving daily productivity targets and monitoring project costs
- Delivery of Daily Pre-starts, ensuring HSEQ standards are implemented, Ensuring Relevant Permits are in place, Daily Record Keeping and working with the team to deliver to the agreed programme
- Promoting teamwork between all crew members & working with them to overcome challenges
Skills Required
- Significant experience in a Supervisor role on large civil infrastructure or mining-related projects
- Strong understanding of bulk and detailed earthworks
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively
- A commitment to safety and quality standards
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines
- FMG inducted preferred
