About the Role
You’ll be working under an experienced Night Shift Foreman, supporting the delivery of a major retail refurbishment project. This role offers big hours, a competitive hourly rate, and the chance to contribute to a high-performing crew.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Leading Hand or Sub Foreman
• Supermarket/Retail construction experience highly regarded
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive productivity and maintain safety standards
• Local to the Coffs Harbour region (essential)
