A reputable head contract builder is seeking a proven No.1 Site Manager to lead the delivery of a staged education upgrade near Wagga Wagga.

This is a live school environment project requiring strong leadership, clear communication, and a high standard of safety and programme control.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience delivering education or live-environment projects
• Confidence managing subcontractors, programme sequencing and compliance
• Strong knowledge of WHS requirements within operational school settings
• Can drive quality, budget and time outcomes under tight programme conditions
• Communicates effectively with consultants, client representatives and stakeholders

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Full site supervision and coordination
• Safety, leadership and compliance oversight
• Subcontractor management and performance tracking
• Quality assurance and defect management
• Client and stakeholder liaison
