The business currently has two offices located in QLD and currently have a T/O of around $250M.
  

The role – Structures Foreman (Gold Coast)
We are looking for an experienced Foreman who has excellent knowledge and experience with Structures. You will be joining a team on a $48M residential project and is a high end apartment build located in the heart of the Gold Coast.  
  

What we are looking for:

• A trade background
• Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
• All round experience, but strong in structures
• Previous apartment experience is preferred, but not essential
• Stability and good references with previous employers
• Resides on the Gold Coast
• A team player
