We have recently been instructed to work closely with a leading International Construction Project Management Consultancy to assist them in finding a new State Director for Victoria.

As a Business, they can boast over 100 Project Managers across Australia and New Zealand, and with a strategic growth plan in place, are looking for someone who can lead the way for the Victorian Business.

They manage the construction of projects in both the Public and Private sectors, Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings etc ranging in value from $1m - $3b, so extensive previous experience winning and delivering in these sectors is essential.

This is very much a leadership role, we are looking for someone who wants to be on the coal face delivering projects as well as drive a business forward. Business Development, full management of the states P&L, implementing strategic growth plans are but a few of the accountabilities of this position.

On offer is a very competitive salary + Directors incentives and profit share / bonuses.
