This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Licensed Customs Broker to join a collaborative environment where you will play a key role in delivering compliant and efficient clearance outcomes for a diverse client base.

About the Role

• Prepare and lodge Customs and Quarantine entries in line with Australian regulations
• Perform tariff classification and maintain product/tariff databases
• Provide advice to clients on Customs and Quarantine compliance requirements
• Keep clients informed of regulatory changes and industry updates
• Lodge Tariff Advice and Tariff Concession Order (TCO) applications
• Process duty refund applications where required

About You

• Licensed Australian Customs Broker (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and compliance focus
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Experience using CargoWise (highly regarded)
