Leading Hand / Foreman (4-Month Contract) – School Infrastructure Project

Rouse Hill, NSW | Immediate Start | Tier 2 Builder

We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Foreman to join a reputable Tier 2 construction company on a school infrastructure project in Rouse Hill. This is a 4-month contract role with an immediate start, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and can hit the ground running.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in supervising trades, coordinating daily site activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site labour
• Drive daily site operations to meet program deadlines
• Maintain high standards of WHS compliance and site safety
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Assist with short-term programming and sequencing of works
• Liaise with the Site Manager and project team

About You

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on commercial or education projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain workflow
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements and compliance
• Relevant tickets/certifications (White Card essential)
