This client side organisation within the transport sector have recently had an increase in their current project portfolio and coupled with an ongoing capital works program, they have identified a number of upcoming requirements for specialist contract staff. One such requirement has been identified for an experienced Site Supervisor to work on the Track Defects Management program.
The primary purpose of the role will be to direct and manage a multi-disciplinary team engaged in Track construction & maintenance, ensuring work is completed within the project schedule,, the cost within the budget and quality in accordance with the relevant Track Standards and the projects handover complies with Practical Completion and Final Certificate requirements.
You will be expected to ensure on-site supervision and coordination of team members to provide effective and timely project delivery and provide technical advice to subordinates and Project Managers for Track construction and maintenance methods, legislation governing construction works and technical standard requirements to ensure infrastructure delivery meets required standards.
