The Company
Luxury residential builder with an exciting 2023 ahead. The QLD business operates with 15 staff on the delivery of high-end residential projects ranging from $2-4 mill, working on roughly 8-10 at any one time.
The business work as a close unit and have fostered a fantastic culture where everybody enjoys coming to work. They are moving to working 9 days across each fortnight as the business.
The Position
Due to expansion, they are looking for a Site Supervisor who is focused on long-term career progression.

Requirements
- A trade (carpentry) background is essential
- Significant experience as a Site Supervisor on luxury custom homes
- Residential building experience
- Supervise trades but happy to get on the tools when required
