About You

• Experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman within commercial construction
• Background in fit out, refurbishment or live environment projects
• Strong people management and subcontractor coordination skills
• Proven ability to drive programmes and maintain site standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Trade background or construction management qualification highly regarded

Key Responsibilities
 

• Supervise delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney
• Coordinate trades, site activities and short-term programs
• Ensure WHS compliance, toolbox talks and site safety culture
• Maintain quality standards and resolve onsite issues
• Work closely with Project Manager and Contract Administrator
• Manage inspections, defect rectification and project handover
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
