Overview
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established, WA owned and operated commercial building sub contractor who deliver niche projects within the construction industry - specialising in commercial swimming pool construction projects.
Summary
Due to growth within the business, this leading business are now seeking a Site Supervisor with commercial construction experience, whether that be on new builds, fit outs or refurbs for a head or sub contractor, who wants a new change of environment and challenge, working within the fast paced commercial swimming pool construction sector.
The Role - Site Supervisor
Projects are typically smaller scale and fast paced, and as a Supervisor you will work across several projects simultaneously - conducting all typical site supervisory duties - ordering and coordinating materials, labour, managing sub contractors, project timelines, working closely to support the Project Manager etc.
Its a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor or Foreman within the commercial building industry who wants to learn and develop in a new market sector, where your skills crossover and there is opportunity to progress with the business longer term.

About You
- You'll have a proven track record of working within the commercial construction industry in a Supervisory / Site Management capacity - whether that be from a sub contractor or head contractor environment
- Trade background beneficial however not essential
- Strong coordination and organisation skills
- Commitment to OH&S
- Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge of the business and their projects
