The Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join the Brisbane team. Reporting into senior leadership, you will have full commercial responsibility across both pre- and post-contract phases, managing a diverse portfolio of projects valued between $500k and $50m.

Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of multiple projects from tender through to final account
- Contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and risk management
- Managing variations, claims, and subcontractor performance
- Supporting project teams to ensure commercial compliance and best practice
- Contributing to pre-contracts, bid reviews, and commercial strategy
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Background as a Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Administrator ready to step up
- Experience working for a Tier 2 civil contractor
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management
- Exposure to civil, remediation, water, or infrastructure projects (preferred)
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially astute
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Clear pathway into a Contracts Manager role
