The Position:
As Site Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project.
  
You will be responsible for representing the client's interests on-site and working closely with the Principles Rep to ensure commercial and project milestones are adhered to by the builder.
  
Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5+ years experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects with either client-side organisation or tier 1 / 2 builder, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Previous managing contractor experience considered highly valuable,
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen,
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in construction scheduling and project management software.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building Surveying, or a related field (desirable).
