Established in 2005 our client is a well regarded and respected Tiling Contractor who work with leading tier two builders including FDC, Buildcorp, Icon and ADCO deliver tiling and facade projects ranging from $1m to $9m.

Due to ongoing growth they are looking for a Site Operations Manager to assist in the successful delivery of multiple sites. 

You'll be the conduit between site staff and the office ensuring clients satisfaction and customer retention. You'll assist with manage materials and labour, capturing variations, liaising with the office to process all payments etc. You'll acorss multiple sites supporting the Site Managers / Supervisors to ensure quality and problem solve any issues before they arise. 

Being a roaming role you must have strong time management with the ability to work autonomously reporting to the Directors. 

About you: 

You'll come from a tiling or facade background with proven ability working on commercial projects valued between $1m and $9m. You'll have clear strong communication skills with the ability to forge strong relationships with clients, and contractors.
