CGC Recruitment are working with a National Tier 2 Contractor/Builder who primarily focus on Building and Civil Infrastructure upgrade within the Rail corridor. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD and have recently secured x2 Infrastructure Upgrades for their key client Queensland Rail. They are growing rapidly in SEE QLD, targeting projects up from $5-300ml and due to this growth have identified a critical need for a Site Manager to lead construction activities across a recently awarded project. 
 
As Supervisor you will report in into the Project Manager on site and your main responsibilities will be overseeing pre-starts, planing day to day activities on site and coordinate & manage sub-contractors to achieve project milestones. Scopes of work include;  Civil  and Structural works, HV Cable Install and Combined Service Routes.
 
The role will be part of a growing team who are looking to become a force within the QLD Rail Construction Sector delivering complex projects that will change the landscape of Rail Infrastructure in SE QLD. We are looking to speak to Site Supervisors who have the following expereicne:
 
- 10 years Construction Experience 
- Building or Rail Construction Experience 
- Mentally Robust working in leading a site team 
- Career minded and driven
