Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a commercial builder who have built a strong reputation in the local market and are looking for a Site Manager to join their experienced team. Over the past 8 years they have grown from strength to strength increasing their staff size from 5 people to 50. Their origins lies in the fast-paced fit outs (average programme 12 weeks) with their average project valued between $1-3m, however over the past 2 years they have developed their client base to pick up larger new build projects valued up to $10m.
The Role:
With the expansion of the company comes opportunity . This is a new position for Site Manager/Foreman to come on board and become a cornerstone of a growing office. You will be responsible for running your site making sure that all work is being carried out by trades to the programme provided by your project manager.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
