The Company

Join an Australian owned mid-tier builder that currently employs approx. 120 ppl across offices on the eastern seaboard. The company is made up of multiple divisions focusing on Major Construction, Remedial and Project Management. The Position

Working in the Remedial Division the scope of works will be to deliver a complex refurbishment project with a high level of logistical planning. The ideal candidate will have worked on a CBD project, have experience managing cladding replacements and be able to coordinate heavy plant and equipment and managed swing stages.

This is a full-time position that will be paying around the $170K package.

Background / Experience
  • Trade with additional tertiary building qualification advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to have independently delivered projects in excess of $6M
  • Must have experience working across re-cladding works
  • Ability to build good client relationships and manage personnel and operate cohesively within a team environment
  • Strong technical, planning & programming skills
  • Extensive knowledge around logistical planning for CBD projects
  • Good safety & company system management skills
