Established over 20 years ago this well established and award winning builder have gone from strength to strength and have grown to a size that is capable of delivering projects up to $30M in the commercial, industrial, age care and retail sectors.

This well structured builder who operate in the rural NSW area have become a dominant force and have secured 2 decent sized projects recently which has forced them to grow their team and are in need of an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $8M sports centre located in Griffith.  

The project will start Construction towards the middle of April and this well respected builder is looking for a Site Manager on a permanent basis who is capable of delivering a project of this size.

You will be reporting directly to your Project Manager who will be located in head office which is located away from site so you will need to take full responsibility for the project including all OH&S requirements and be responsible for your team.

To be considered for this role you will have: 
  • Come from a trade background
  • Proven experience delivering projects up to $10M as a Site Manager
  • Strong commercial background
  • Able to manage a team
  • Capable of assisting the Project Manager with programming
  • Able to get the best out of your sub contractors
  • Be a team player
 This project is due to start towards the middle of April and will run for 12 months.
