The Company 
 
A long standing client of CGC who have a very reputable and respected presence in the construction market as a fit out contractor are actively seeking a 1 x Site Manager for a new project they have picked up in the eastern suburbs of Victoria The company have got an excellent reputation in the fit out and refurbishment market with their two owners coming from large tier backgrounds within this space. As a result of this they have a good client book so to speak with allot of solid and interesting projects being issued. 
 

The project in question is a large retail fit out for a repeat client of theirs and will be running on a contract basis for 12 weeks or so. The project is a 1500sqm fit out of a large international retail store.

The role
 
The Site manager role will be on a contract basis for 12 weeks and will potentially offer either a rolling contract or an option to permanent employment.  The SM will need to have proven experience within the retail or commercial fit out space delivering projects and managing trades
