The Company:
Renowned National builder specialising in commercial new build projects. They have a fantastic reputation in QLD and every major city in Australia. Consistently delivering projects to high standards around $2-$10M in value.
  
The Position:
Due to continued growth, they require an experienced Site Manager to deliver new build projects in Brisbane and Ipswich.
  
Initially working on a mixed-use commercial project in Ipswich.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate labour activity on site and manage overall site performance of the building and construction process, including liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, project management procedures and health and safety guidelines
• Implementing and updating documentation as required, such as a site diary and incident reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Experience working with a reputable Australian builder
• Commercial/mixed-use experience advantageous
• A trades background
• An open QLD supervisors license
• Stability with previous employers
