Site Manager – $100m+ Student Accommodation Project (CBD)

An experienced Site Manager is required to play a key role in the delivery of a $100m+ high-rise student accommodation project, located in the Perth CBD.

This is a permanent position offering an immediate start, joining a well-structured project team on a complex, inner-city build with a strong program and long-term pipeline.

The Role - Site Manager

Reporting to the Project Manager, and working in close collaboration with the Senior Site Manager - you will take full responsibility for site operations, including:

• End-to-end management of on-site construction activities
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and supervisors
• Driving program, safety, quality and productivity outcomes
• Managing complex sequencing, cranage and CBD logistics
• Ensuring compliance with HSEQ, design and contract requirements
• Coordinating closely with design, services and commercial teams
• Maintaining strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial or high-rise residential projects
• Background as a Site Manager on projects $50m+
• Strong leadership style with a hands-on, outcomes-focused approach
• Excellent understanding of structure, façade and services coordination
• Ability to manage complex programs in constrained CBD environments
• Trade or construction management background preferred
