Site Manager - Contract

Job description

An experienced Site Manager is required on a contract basis to deliver a Perth-based healthcare interiors project.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can step in immediately, manage site operations end-to-end, and drive programme, safety, and quality outcomes.

The Role
  • Manage day-to-day site operations on a live healthcare interiors project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high-quality standard
  • Maintain strong site documentation including daily reports, SWMS, and inductions
  • Liaise closely with the project team to manage programme and resolve issues quickly
  • Enforce HSEQ requirements and site compliance at all times
About You
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or healthcare fit-out projects
  • Ability to run a site autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • White Card required (additional tickets highly regarded)
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
