Job description
An experienced Site Manager is required on a contract basis to deliver a Perth-based healthcare interiors project.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can step in immediately, manage site operations end-to-end, and drive programme, safety, and quality outcomes.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations on a live healthcare interiors project
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high-quality standard
- Maintain strong site documentation including daily reports, SWMS, and inductions
- Liaise closely with the project team to manage programme and resolve issues quickly
- Enforce HSEQ requirements and site compliance at all times
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or healthcare fit-out projects
- Ability to run a site autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- White Card required (additional tickets highly regarded)
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
- Contract role – minimum 8-12 weeks+
- Hourly rate up to $60 per hour + Super
- Paid for every hour worked
