CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with one of Australia's leading mechanical contractors, who have a proven track record in delivering the services packages on various high profile building projects within NSW. 

Due to their proven track record and strong relationships with a number of tier 1 builders, they have recently been awarded 2 large scale projects to deliver the HVAC services packages on these projects, and as a result are looking for an experienced Site Manager, from either HVAC, Electrical OR BMS background to work closely with an experienced Project Manager to deliver the project. 

The types, size and scale of projects you will be responsible for managing are highly diverse, with the client having successfully delivered projects across; Commercial, Education, Hospital, Shopping Centres and a key area where they have a strong reputation is within Data Centres. 

You will work with a privately owned business who genuinely care about looking after their employees. A business that understands the construction industry is a hard environment to work in at times, you will work in an environment where the Construction Manager will roll up his sleeves and have your back. It's a give and take relationship and it's through having this culture embedded in the business that leads to their strong staff retention rates. 

Structured training plans and career pathway in place, should you wish to continue as a Site Manager and gain more exposure to other aspects on a project, or alternatively should you decide that Project Management is where you see your career.
