The Company
Our client is a well-respected privately owned tier two builder who is turning over more than $600M and currently employs over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most commercial sectors and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $100M.
Their QLD operation has been operating for 10 years and they have an excellent name across the Queensland building market. In QLD they are known for delivering projects in the education, health and agecare sectors from a value of $5M to $30M. Their Brisbane office operate with around 70 staff.
The Position – Site Manager
They are looking for a Site Manager to join the business to manage a $5M Heath (Hospital) project that they have recently secured. The project is a complex build and programme is for 12 months. This is a long term career move.

Ideal background
- Trade background
- At least 5 years plus running your own projects of a similar size/value
- Experience working with a commercial builder of a similar size
- Health experience would be a big advantage
- Able to lead from the front
- Stability with previous employers
