Projects   

The Sydney division is experiencing a high volume of new projects coming through and have picked up a 2 schools in the inner west and West sydney locations. Projects are within the $12-$17 mill mark 

As a Site Manager you will be based on site looking after the whole project from coming out the ground stage to fit out /defects.. The requirements are below :

• A minimum of 5 year's experience as a Foreman /SM 
• Come from a trade background
• Have experience delivering Education (Schools, UNI , colleges etc )
• Capable of working on projects of $15M plus
• Have experience with known builders in Australia
• Ability to organise trades and conduct your own toolbox meetings
• Up to speed with all OH&S procedures
