A growing commercial builder delivering education and government projects across Queensland is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a $7M school project in Forest Lake.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and continued expansion in the Queensland market, this role offers the opportunity to join a stable builder with long-term project continuity and career growth.

You will take full responsibility for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a $7M education project
• Coordinate subcontractors and drive programme outcomes
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and site organisation
• Work closely with the Project Manager and client representatives
• Utilise site management systems including Procore and HammerTech

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects ($5M – $20M+)
• Experience delivering education, government, or institutional builds highly regarded
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Comfortable working with structured processes and systems
• Experience using Procore and HammerTech preferred
