Site Manager: $30M Industrial Project – South side of Brisbane
One of the oldest builders in Brisbane who are known for delivering projects in multiple sectors from as little as $20M to as large as $300M are looking for a Site Manager to join the team and initially deliver a $30M Industrial project.

  • Location: South side of Brisbane
  • Commencement: Construction starting Mid-February

Key Responsibilities
As the Site Manager, you will be the heart of the project, responsible for ensuring its successful delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Your core duties will include:
  • Leadership & Coordination: Manage and motivate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Coordinate all trades, materials, and equipment in line with the construction program.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold their industry-leading safety standards
  • Quality Management: Implement and manage their quality control procedures, ensuring all workmanship and materials adhere to specifications and their proprietary Quality Handbook.
  • Programming: Drive the project schedule, proactively planning works and resolving any technical or design issues in collaboration with the Project and Design Managers.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain tradition of strong, non-adversarial relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the local community.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and progress reports.
What You'll Bring
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on significant commercial, industrial, or complex build projects (experience with projects of similar scale/value is highly regarded).
  • Experience delivering projects of $20m plus
  • Relevant trade qualifications or tertiary qualifications in construction
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—you embody our culture of respect, collaboration, and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead large teams effectively.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong organisational skills.
