We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly skilled Site Manager to lead the site operations for an exciting new project: a $50 Million commercial tower development in the rapidly growing Robina precinct, Gold Coast.
The Project

Key Responsibilities
As the Site Manager, you will be the key operational leader on-site, responsible for driving the project from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safety & Compliance: Championing a best-practice safety culture, ensuring all site activities comply with WHS regulations and Kane's standards.
- Program Management: Developing, managing, and driving the project construction program to ensure key milestones are met on time.
- Quality Control: Overseeing the quality of all construction work, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with specifications and building codes.
- Team Leadership: Directing and coordinating all on-site personnel, including subcontractors, suppliers, and tradespeople.
- Site Logistics: Planning and managing site establishment, logistics, and material flow to maintain an efficient and clean working environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Working closely with the Project Manager, engineers, architects, and internal Kane teams.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, high-rise, or complex building projects of a similar scale ($30M+).
- Previous experience with a well known builder in the Tier 2 space
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and best-practice safety procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding quality assurance and program adherence.
