Their Queensland team is seeking an experienced, driven, and safety-focused Site Manager to join them on an exciting, major project.

The Project
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a significant, high-profile project: a $40 million, multi-level car park located in Logan, Queensland.

The Role: Site Manager
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and successful delivery of the project from commencement through to completion. You will lead the site team, manage all trade contractors, ensure adherence to the program, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is built to specification and program.
• Safety Leadership: Implement and enforce their stringent WHS policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Program & Schedule: Drive the project schedule, proactively identify and mitigate potential delays, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality inspections, manage the inspection and test plan (ITP), and ensure the final product meets their high standards.
• Contractor Management: Coordinate, supervise, and manage all trade subcontractors, fostering collaborative working relationships.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with the Project Manager, design consultants, and client representatives.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly site reports on progress, safety, and quality.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial, or multi-level building projects
• Previous experience working for a Tier 2 builder
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance processes, and WHS regulations.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse site team and sub-contractors.
• Qualifications: a Trade background
